How do we ship?

FREE SHIPPING (between 1 and 3 days) if the order exceeds 35€ both in Spain and in the rest of Europe, except for the Canary Islands and Switzerland.

If they do not exceed 35€ there is a shipping cost of 4,95€ in spain y 5,95 in the rest of Europe.

CANARY ISLANDS: for shipments to Ceuta, Las Palmas, Melilla and Santa Cruz de Tenerife, although we ship free of charge, customs charge an entry fee of 21,8€, so we are forced to put it as shipping cost.

SWITZERLAND: Free shipping over 45€, if not exceeded, shipping costs 10,6€.

Shipment preparation:

Packages are prepared the same day or the next working day after the order is placed. To make sure that the goods reach you in the fastest and most economical way, we use several carriers depending on the shipping address: UPS, Correos and SEUR.

The package will arrive to you carefully wrapped and in optimal conditions of conservation. We take strict security measures in the preparation of shipments.

Do you ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands or Ceuta?

Yes, although due to customs we are forced to charge 21,8€ as shipping cost.


How is the money-back guarantee applied?

We offer a Money Back Guarantee for two different scenarios:

  1. If the product is defective or shows any anomaly. In this case we will proceed to make a new shipment with the correct product. It is important that you take a picture of the damaged or wrong product and send it to us by email to (you can also make the request through your private area, in the Refunds section).
  2. FULL REFUND GUARANTEE up to 30 Days, for cases where the product does not respond or is not effective.

To complete the process simply write to us at and explain to us the reason for your return.

With any purchase of our products, we ask that you first try them for at least two weeks to give them a fair chance. After that time, if you are not completely satisfied, please notify us of your desire to apply the Money Back Guarantee.

Our team of experts will review and analyze the reasons to see if by modifying some guidelines you can improve the experience.

If the product is still unresponsive, the RETURN GUARANTEE WILL BE ACTIVATED. The steps to follow will be as follows:

  • Find your Invoice/Receipt or Order Number
  • Put everything in an envelope, (container + receipt/invoice) and send it to our Returns and Shipping Center (it is not necessary to do certified shipping, with standard shipping it always arrives to us and it is very economical).

Refunds issued are for the cost of the product, excluding shipping. The purchase must be made through for the warranty to apply.


We trust you, but we must protect ourselves against fraud, 100% Money Back Guarantee is valid only for the first time purchase of a product. and can be redeemed up to 30 days after purchase.


The time required for you to receive a refund will depend on the following factors:

  • 1 to 10 business days if you are returning a product(s) for us to receive the return shipment from your shipper.
  • 1 to 3 business days for us to process your refund.
  • 3 to 10 business days for your bank, credit card company or paypal to process the refund request.
  • You will be reimbursed with the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

Do you offer invoices for payments made?

Yes, we provide invoices for all payments made, you can download them in the user section after making the purchase.

How can I cancel a purchase?

You can cancel your purchase in the user panel or by sending an email to our customer service.

What happens if my payment is rejected?

If your payment is declined, you will be notified and you will be able to reorder. If you have any problems you can contact us and we will provide you with the necessary instructions to correct any problems with your payment.
